By accessing or using UVUnwrap.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may limit, suspend, or disable accounts used in violation of these terms.
Your models and content
You retain ownership of models and other content you upload. You grant UVUnwrap.ai a limited permission to copy, process, store, and return that content solely to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and process the content.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems, bypass account or usage limits, access another user’s data, or process content you are not authorized to use.
Processing results
Automatic UV results may contain distortion, inefficient seams, overlaps, artifacts, or incompatibilities. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in production.
Credits, prices, and payments
Displayed prices, credit costs, and service limits may change. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted, and are used only for eligible UVUnwrap.ai services. Purchases are governed by the Refund Policy.
Availability
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. Processing times and availability are not guaranteed, particularly during maintenance, capacity limits, or third-party outages.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UVUnwrap.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may cancel your account through your User Profile. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including ownership, payment, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.
