Tell us the email address associated with your account and briefly describe the issue. For a processing problem, include the job ID and error message if available.
Never email your password, SMTP password, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.
Billing and unauthorized transactions
For duplicated charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions, include the transaction date, amount, and any transaction reference shown in your billing history. Do not send full payment-card numbers.
