Information we collect
UVUnwrap.ai collects information needed to provide and secure the service, including your email address, authentication identifiers, account role and status, join and login dates, session information, job settings, usage and transaction history, and support communications.
When you use the service, we process uploaded OBJ models, generated UV-mapped models, and UV preview images. Technical records may include timestamps, error details, and IP-address information used for security and rate limiting.
How we use information
- Authenticate accounts and provide account recovery.
- Queue, process, preview, and deliver UV-unwrapped models.
- Maintain credit, billing, and service history.
- Prevent abuse, enforce limits, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support, privacy, and billing inquiries.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, email, authentication, storage, database, and payment providers to operate the service. Google receives information when you choose Google sign-in. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell uploaded models or personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.
Security
We use account-scoped access controls, hashed passwords and account tokens, HTTPS for the public service, upload validation, and limited file-retention periods. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may cancel your account from your User Profile. Cancellation disables sign-in but does not immediately erase billing, credit, security, or legal records. You may contact support@uvunwrap.ai to request assistance or deletion where applicable.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
