Uploaded models and results
For completed or failed jobs, uploaded OBJ files, generated OBJ files, UV preview images, and their job records are scheduled for automatic deletion after 48 hours.
Files may be removed earlier when required for security, system maintenance, legal compliance, or enforcement of service limits. Users should download completed results promptly and retain their own backups.
Analyzed uploads
An uploaded OBJ awaiting the customer’s Generate or Cancel decision is scheduled for deletion after one hour if it remains unconfirmed. Clicking Cancel deletes the pending file immediately.
Queued and processing jobs
Files associated with a confirmed active job are retained while needed to complete or diagnose processing. If a job fails, the standard completed-or-failed cleanup period applies.
Account information
Account identifiers, authentication information, role, status, join date, last-login date, and profile information are retained while the account remains active. Cancelling an account disables sign-in but does not immediately erase the account record.
Credits and billing
Credit-ledger and billing records may be retained after cancellation to maintain transaction history, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy accounting or legal obligations.
Authentication and recovery records
Email verification, password-reset, and reactivation tokens are stored in hashed form. Tokens expire after the configured period and cannot be reused after successful use.
Operational logs
Application, worker, email-delivery, IIS, security, and error logs may be retained for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, capacity planning, and security. Log duration may vary based on file rotation, operational need, and legal requirements.
Backups and deletion
Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups are rotated or securely replaced. Information may be retained longer when required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute, or needed to protect the service and its users.
